Add all
  • 10 oz
    (300 g)


  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    vegetable oil

  • 1

    garlic clove, chopped

  • 1

    onion, chopped

  • 3

    stalks celery cut diagonally into pieces

  • 5

    wieners sliced

  • 1/2

    red pepper, cut into strips

  • 1/2

    green pepper cut into strips

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    sliced mushrooms

  • soya sauce to taste

  • pepper to taste


Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside.

In a pot, heat oil and cook garlic, onion, celery and wieners for 2 min. Add peppers and mushrooms.

Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add cooked macaroni.

Mix in soya sauce and pepper to taste.

Serve with egg rolls.
