    mini bananas

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    rum

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chocolate syrup

Preparation

Select perfectly yellow bananas. Using a sharp knife, split them lengthways. Gently remove peel.

Lay bananas on a sheet of foil and drizzle with orange juice, rum and chocolate syrup. Fold and seal edges of foil. Cook 12 - 15 minutes in a medium-hot BBQ over indirect heat.
