    apples

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    white sugar

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    ground cinnamon

Preparation

Cut apples in half lengthwise and core with a melon baller.

Peel with a paring knife.

Holding them cut-side down, cut halves into wedges.

In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.

Dip end of each wedge in cinnamon sugar.
