Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    extra light olive oil

  • grated zest of 1/2 lemon

  • grated zest of 1/2 orange

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    grapefruit juice

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    white wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; pour over salad. Serve.
