Citrus Fruit Salad with Creamy Lemon-Mint Yogurt

Ingredients

Add all
  • 3

    oranges, cut into supremes

  • 2

    grapefruit, cut into supremes

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    seedless red grapes, halved

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh mint

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    grated lemon zest

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    honey

  • mint leaves to garnish (optional)

Preparation

Place first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, gently tossing to combine. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Just before serving, whisk yogurt, lemon zest and juice, and honey together in a small bowl, and drizzle over fruit.

Garnish with mint, if desired.
