Citrus fruit with ice cider

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    liquid honey hot

  • 2

    oranges, peeled

  • 1

    pink grapefruit, peeled

  • 2

    blood oranges, peeled

  • 1

    100% pomegranate juice

  • ice cider to taste

  • sufficient quantity, maple syrup

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    fresh mint, chopped


In a small bowl, mix the lime juice and honey.

Add pomegranate seeds, ice cider and maple syrup. Mix.

Slice the fruit in rounds. Cut each round in halves or quarters as desired.

In a bowl, place the pieces of fruit and the lime juice, mix delicately.

Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves and serve.
