Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    thawed crab meat or flakes crab flavoured pollock mix

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)


  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    chopped fresh chives

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    lime juice

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    lime zest

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    chopped red onion

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2

    rocha pears

  • 1/2

    fresh lemon

  • Enough lettuce leaves mix


In a bowl, mix first 6 ingredients together. Salt and pepper.

Refrigerate 30 min.

Cut pears lengthways into 6 slices, avoiding the core (Note: Stand pears upright to cut them). Rub slices with lemon to prevent discolouration.

Top slices with crab mixture.

Garnish with chives.
