Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    frozen pre-cut snow crab legs thawed

  • 1

    papaya diced

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    diced celery

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    slivered almonds toasted

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    diced green pepper

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    canned pineapple diced and drained

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    shredded coconut toasted

  • Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    curry powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Break crabmeat up into pieces.

In a glass bowl, mix crabmeat with other ingredients. Refrigerate mixture for 20 minutes.

In a glass bowl, mix dressing ingredients together and stir in crab mixture.

Sprinkle with coconut.
