    round or tear-shaped cherry tomatoes

  • crabmeat

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    northern shrimp

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)


  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    sour cream

  • 20

    sprigs fresh chives minced

  • a few shrimp and sprigs of chives as garnish



Cut and hollow tomatoes. Set aside.

Crab and shrimp

Mix crabmeat and shrimp with mayonnaise, sour cream and chives.

Spoon mixture into tomatoes and garnish with a shrimp and two sprigs of chives.
