Add all
  • 1 1/2 tsp.
    (7 mL)

    canola oil

  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    dried ginger or 1 teaspoon (5 mL) fresh minced ginger

  • 1 pkg
    (227 g)

    crab Delights

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    purchased stir-fry sauce

  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    hot cooked rice

  • Toasted sesame seeds (optional)


In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Add vegetables, ginger and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until barely tender (cover with lid and add a little water for fresh veggies).

Add Crab Delights and sauce; stir to combine. Serve over hot cooked rice and sprinkle liberally with toasted sesame seeds.
