Creamed Turkey

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    chopped celery

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    chopped onion

  • 10 oz
    (284 mL)

    canned condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    diced cooked turkey

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    2% milk

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    orange juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Sauté celery and onion 3 to 4 minutes in oil and butter.

Add cream of chicken and milk. Mix well.

Stir in turkey and orange juice. Season to taste.

Simmer 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
