  • Suff. Qty. pumpkin seeds

  • Suff. Qty. olive oil

  • To taste garlic salt, onion powder

  • To taste parika, cayenne, oregano


Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Clean the fibres off the pumpkin seeds.

Toss the seeds with the olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, and oregano. Spread over a baking sheet and roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
