Crunchy Maple-Grapefruit English Muffins

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    whole wheat flakes, crushed

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)

    cinnamon

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    Maple syrup

  • 2

    grapefruit, cut into supremes

  • 2

    halved english muffins, toasted

Preparation

Preheat oven to broil.

In a small bowl, combine cereal, cinnamon, and syrup. Set aside.

Arrange 3 grapefruit supremes on each muffin half.

Top each with 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) cereal mixture.

Broil until crunchy and lightly browned.

Serve warm.
