Cubed Chicken with Toasted Almonds

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    butter

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    oil

  • 1 lb
    (450 g)

    cubed chicken

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 1

    zucchini, cubed

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    chicken broth

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    chopped toasted almonds

Preparation

In a frying pan, melt butter and oil.

Sear chicken cubes on all sides.

Add soya sauce, cook 8 minutes over medium-low heat.

Add zucchini cubes and chicken broth; cook 5 more minutes.

Sprinkle with toasted almonds before serving.
