Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    plain yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    minced fresh coriander

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    minced fresh mint

  • 1-2

    non peeled cucumbers

  • 4

    green onions, minced

  • pink pepper grain

Preparation

In a big bowl, combine yogurt, coriander and mint.

Using a peeler or a mandolin, a tailer cucumber into thin slices.

Arrange the slices of cucumber and green onions in a serving dish.

Pour the yogurt and season with pepper pink.
