Ingredients

Add all
  • 10 oz
    (300 g)

    cheddar cheese cubed

  • 1

    cucumber sliced

  • 10 oz
    (300 g)

    firm tofu cubed

  • 10 oz
    (300 g)

    strong cheese cubed

  • 1

    pear cubed

  • 0.500

    head romaine sliced crossways

  • lettuce leaves

  • 3

    kiwis sliced

  • fresh parsley

  • Dressing

  • ½ cup (125 mL)

    orange juice

  • ¼ cup (60 mL)

    Olive oil

Preparation

In a bowl, put cheddar cheese, cucumber, tofu, strong cheese, pears and sliced romaine.

Put a lettuce leaf in the centre of a salad dish.

Add cheese mix and top with dressing.

Garnish with alternating slices of kiwi and parsley
