Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    1% plain yoghurt

  • 2

    medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced

  • 4

    garlic, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    dried oregano

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Keep refrigerated.
