Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    cider vinegar or red wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    sugar

  • To taste, Salt and pepper

  • 2 1/2 oz
    (75 mL)

    vegetable oil

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    cumin seeds

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper.

Drizzle oil gradually, while whisking. Add cumin seeds, adjust seasoning.

Pour the cumin dressing over the vegetables and mix well.

Serve each serving on a lettuce leaf.
