Add all
  • 2 1/2 cups
    (625 mL)


  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)


  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    crème de cassis

  • zest of 1 lemon


Mix milk and sugar in a pan and boil until the sugar is fully dissolved. Cool.

Add crème de cassis and zest of lemon; mix well.

Freeze in a sherbet tray according to directions or in a plastic mould until hard; crush in the food processor and return to the freezer.

Leave in the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
