Curried cauliflower with raisins

Add all
  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    cauliflower, cut into medium size florets

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    35% cream

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)


  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    curry powder or paste

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Place in an oven-proof dish and cover with aluminium foil.

Cook in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.

Serve the cauliflower sprinkled with the curry raisin sauce.
