Diablo Fondue Sauce

Diablo Fondue Sauce

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    white vinegar

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    ketchup

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    corn starch

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    dry mustard

  • Tabasco sauce to taste

  • 3

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2

    onion, finely chopped

Preparation

In a glass bowl, combine vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, dry mustard and Tabasco sauce. Set aside.

In a small pan, brown garlic and onion in a butter/oil blend.

Add ketchup mixture and simmer 15 minutes.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve warm.
