Ingredients

Add all
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 1

    chopped onion

  • 3

    cloves of chopped garlic

  • 1

    julienned red peppers

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    oregano

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    crushed tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    capers

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a frying pan, brown all the ingredients in the oil.

Add seasonings.

Bring to a boil for 4 to 5 minutes.
