Ingredients

Add all
  • 20 cups
    (4 L)

    small cucumbers

  • fresh dill

  • 4

    garlic, halved, germ removed

  • 2/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    coarse salt

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    vinegar

  • 1 1/2 cups
    (1 1/2 L)

    water

Preparation

Wash cucumbers and halve lengthways.

Put in sterilized jars.

Put a sprig of dill and 1/2 clove garlic in each jar.

In a pot, put salt, vinegar and water; bring to a boil.

Pour the hot liquid over the pickles and seal.
