Ingredients

    eggs

  • 2 oz
    (60 g)

    fresh parmesan grated

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    milk

  • 3/4 cup
    (180 mL)

    table cream

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    chopped leeks, white part only

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    diced red pepper

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    capers

  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    smoked trout cut into chunks

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    chopped fresh dill

  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan, milk and cream. Whisk in remaining ingredients.

Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 9-in. (23-cm) springform pan.

Place pan on a baking sheet and bake 60 min. or until frittata is cooked through.
