    Doré-mi (or haloumi) cheese cut in dice

  • assorted vegetables (broccolis, mushrooms, potatoes, etc.)

  • assorted finely sliced fondue meat (chicken, beef, pork)

  • 900 mL

    fondue broth


Heat the bouillon until it boils.

Thread the Doré-mi onto a fork with your favourite vegetable and a piece of meat.

Allow your meat to cook before removing it from the pan. The Doré-mi cheese will be soft and slightly melted.
