Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 pint

    strawberries

  • 1/2 pint

    raspberries

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    sugar

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1/2 pkg
    (1,89 L)

    all natural vanilla ice cream

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    sweetened whipped cream

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    granola

Preparation

In food processor or blender, process strawberries, raspberries, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

Into 4 parfait or tall glasses, divide 1 cup (250 mL) berry sauce, then 4 Tbsp. (60 mL) granola. Top with Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, then whipped cream.

Drizzle 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) berry sauce on each, then sprinkle on remaining granola.

Spoon the remaining berry sauce into a bowl for adding as desired.
