    plain or whole wheat english muffins

  • 1 Tbsp.

    butter

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    mixed berries, raspberry or strawberry jam

  • 4 oz
    (120 g)

    canadian brie

Preparation

Toast English muffin halves, butter each half and evenly spread with jam.

Top with Canadian Brie cheese.
