Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1 cup
    (250 ml)

    pink grapefruit juice

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    honey

  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)

    lemon zest

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chopped gingerroot

  • 1

    cinnamon

  • 3

    mangoes peeled and cubed

  • 3

    papayas peeled and cubed

  • 2

    star fruit sliced

  • 3

    firm kiwis, peeled, cut into crescents

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    cointreau or grand marnier (optional)

Preparation

In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients together.

Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hr. before serving.

Add 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) Cointreau or Grand Marnier if you wish.
