Ingredients

Add all

    fennel bulb, thinly sliced

  • 1

    red bell pepper, cut into strips

  • 6

    oranges, segmented and skinned

  • 1

    shallot, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    olive oil

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving so that the flavours develop.
