Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 mL)

    butter

  • 2

    fresh chopped scallions

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    old fashioned mustard

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    fresh chopped parsley

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    fresh chopped dill

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Melt 15 mL (1 Tbsp.) of butter and sauté the scallions in it for 2 minutes.

Add the mustard and mix well.

Incorporate the rest of the butter with a whisk until a smooth texture is achieved.

Add the parsley and dill.
