Fish Fillets with Salted Herbs

  • 1 1/3 lb
    (600 g)

    white flesh fish fillets

  • 2

    fresh lemons thinly sliced

  • basting mix:

  • 3

    cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    salted herbs

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)

    ground coriander

  • white pepper to taste


Preheat barbecue to medium heat.

In a glass bowl, mix basting ingredients together. Set aside.

Place fillets on aluminum foil.

Cover fish with lemon slices.

Baste fillets.

Cook 6 minutes on grill, with the lid down.
