Ingredients

Add all
  • 2/3 cup
    (170 mL)

    butter

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    lime juice

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    fresh chopped basil

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Cream butter and mix it with the other ingredients.

Keep the butter at room temperature until using or serve it chilled. Can be frozen.
