Ingredients

  • 1

    package Sauce mixture Knorr® Parma-Rosa®

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    milk

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    light cream or half and half

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 ml)

    vodka

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    mozzarella cheese grated

Preparation

Blend Knorr® Parma Rosa sauce mix, milk, cream and vodka in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to low, then stir in cheeses. Simmer, stirring frequently, until cheeses are melted and mixture is thickened, about 2 minutes.

Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish.

Serve with Fondue Dippers, great music and good times!
