Ingredients

Add all
  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    water

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    dry white wine

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    white vinegar

  • 6

    strands of fresh parsley

  • 6

    strands of fresh dill

  • 6

    strands of fresh thyme

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh chives

  • 2

    sliced carrots

  • 2

    sliced leek whites

Preparation

Cook all the ingredients together for 25 minutes. Strain and cool. Reserve the vegetables to garnish the plate.
