    bay leaves

  • 1 sprig

    fresh rosemary

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    olive oil

Preparation

Put the bay leaf and rosemary in a glass bottle and cover with olive oil.

Macerate 2 to 3 weeks in a dark place.
