Fruit Brochette with Creamy Orange Dip

Ingredients

Add all
  • 8 oz
    (240 g)

    cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    orange zest

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    fruit powdered sugar

  • 1

    cantaloupe, cut into balls

  • 18

    red or green grapes

  • 18

    strawberries

  • 6

    commercial chocolate cups or shells

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, orange juice, orange zest and powdered fruit sugar together using a mixer at medium speed. Refrigerate minimum one hour.

Thread fruit, alternating them, onto 6 small skewers.

Just before serving, spoon creamy dip into chocolate cups and rest a fruit brochette on the edge.
