Ingredients

Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    strawberries

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    raspberries

  • 1

    mango, in quarters

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    blackcurrant syrup

  • 4

    nescafé® vanilla, coffee and almond ice cream

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    icing sugar

Preparation

Mix all fruits and arrange them in large fruit cups.

In each fruit cup, pour a thread of blackcurrant syrup and add Nescafé® Vanilla, Coffee and Almond ice-cream scoops.

Bring balsamic vinegar to a boil and reduce from one third.

Let syrup cool. Pour into each fruit cup and sprinkle with icing sugar.
