Add all
  • 1

    egg white

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)


  • 4 cups
    (1 L)

    assorted frozen fruits (strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb, apples)

  • fresh mint leaves to taste

  • hazelnut cream waffles


In a food processor, add sugar to egg white and pulse to completely dissolve.

Add fruits and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl, cover and freeze until slushy. Process again and return to freezer.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve with Irresistible Hazelnut Cream Wafer Rolls.
