Ginger Marinade (Asian)

Ingredients

Add all
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    white wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)

    sesame oil

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    chopped fresh ginger

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    finely cut chives

  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients.

Pour over the fish.

Cover and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.

Drain the fillets on absorbent paper.
