Ingredients

Add all
  • 2

    cantaloupes

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    shaved fresh ginger

  • Maple syrup enough

Preparation

Cut cantaloupes in 2. Remove seeds.

Cut into thick slices.

Remove peel and cut into cubes.

Drizzle maple syrup over cubed cantaloupe.

Add slivered ginger. Mix well.

Serve with chocolate whipped cream.
