Gingery Yogurt Marinade for chicken

Ingredients

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    fruit yogurt

  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)

    vegetable oil

  • 1

    kiwi, peeled and mashed

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    liquid honey

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    minced fresh ginger

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    chopped fresh mint

  • 0.500

    lime, juice only

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Put chicken in a bag. Add marinade. Close bag and shake vigorously.

Refrigerate for 2 to 12 hours.

Remove meat and discard marinade.
