    canned pineapple

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    coconut milk

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    sugar

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    orange extract

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    finely shredded coconut, roasted

  • 4

    nescafé® vanilla, coffee and almond ice-cream

Preparation

In a plate, arrange pineapple slices and cover with coconut milk. Set aside for 3 to 4 minutes.

Heat a nonstick saucepan and place pineapple slices; sprinkle sugar and caramelize both sides.

In a service plate, arrange caramelized pineapple slices and top with one scoop of Nescafé® Vanilla, Coffee and Almond ice-cream.

Garnish with a half slice of pineapple.

Sprinkle with shredded coconut and garnish with mint leaves.
