Grilled Allegro Ciabattas with Artisan Ham

    Allegro olive ciabatta, sliced lengthwise

  • sufficient quantity, Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 lb
    (225 g)

    honey-garlic ham

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    unpitted black olives

  • 12

    cherry tomatoes in half

  • 1

    red onion, slices

  • feta cheese slices to taste

  • sufficient quantity, baby spinach


Spread the mustard generously on the inside of each ciabatta.

Top with slices ham, olives,tomato, onion and Feta.

Close the sandwich.

Place the Allegro ciabattas on an oiled grill.

Serve with an spinach.
