Grilled Citrus Chicken

Add all
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)

    orange frozen concentrate

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)

    balsamic vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    garlic powder

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    Tabasco sauce

  • 3 1/3 lb
    (1 1/2 kg)

    grain-fed chicken cut in 10 pieces


Mix the first four ingredients and pour over chicken, coating it well. Let stand 2 to 12 h, refrigerated.

Preheat the grill on high and place chicken pieces to one side. Cook using indirect heat: turn off the heat under the chicken, leaving the other side on maximum. Close the lid and cook for about 30 min, turning occasionally.
