Grilled Fruit Sundaes

Add all
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)

    orange juice

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)


  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    lemon juice

  • 3 cups
    (750 mL)

    cut-up fruit (strawberries, kiwis, peaches, and bananas)

  • 2 cups
    (500 mL)

    all natural vanilla ice cream (about 12 small scoops)


In a saucepan, bring orange juice, honey and lemon juice to a boil over high heat, stirring frequently.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until slighty thickened.

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Alternating them, thread fruits onto 4 skewers.

Grill kebabs, turning once and brushing with 1/2 of the orange syrup, until browned.

Into 4 dessert dishes, scoop Breyers® All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.

Add grilled fruit and drizzle with remaining orange syrup.
