    (680 g)

    lean or extra-lean ground pork

  • 4

    sesame hamburger buns

  • 1

    red tomato, sliced

  • 4

    romaine lettuce

  • mayonnaise to taste

  • prepared or dijon mustard to taste

  • To taste, Salt and pepper


Preheat the barbecue to medium.

Form 4 uniformly thick patties.

Grill 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Serve each patty on a toasted hamburger bun.

Top with tomato, lettuce and your choice of condiments.
