Grilled Halibut with Mango

Add all
  • 6

    halibut steaks

  • marinade:

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)

    soya sauce

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    fresh press lemon juice

  • 2

    cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)

    ginger chopped


Mix all the ingredients of the marinade.

Add the halibut and marinate for 2 hours.

Preheat barbecue to medium-high.

Drain halibut and put them on the grill.

Cook the fish on the barbecue for 4 minutes each side.

Serve with the mango sauce.
