Grilled Panini with Black Forest Ham

  • butter as needed

  • Dijon mustard to taste

    thin slices black forest ham

    red sweet peppers, chopped

  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)

    sliced, pitted black olives

  • 1

    tomato, sliced

  • salt and pepper to taste


Preheat barbecue to low.

Butter outside of panini. Spread rolls open lengthways and top with ham, cheese, red pepper, olives, tomato, salt and pepper.

Close rolls and put them on the grill. Flatten with a spatula during cooking. Cook about 8-10 min.

Serve with chips and carrot salad.
