Grilled Salmon Fillets,Japanese-Style

Add all
  • 4 x 5 oz
    (4 x 142 g)

    fresh salmon fillets skin removed

  • As required flour for dredging

  • To taste granulated sea salt

  • To taste freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)

    extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)

    chilled original japanese vinaigrette

  • 1

    lemon wedge for garnish


Pat dry fillets.

On a plate, place the flour.

On a separate plate, season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Next, dip each fillet in the flour and pat off the excess.

In a skillet, heat oil over high heat and cook the salmon for 1 min.30 sec. on each side.

To serve, place some spinach on each plate and top with a piece of salmon.

Dress salmon fillets with chilled Wafu Original japanese Vinaigrette.

Garnish plate with lemon wedge.
