Grilled Salmon with Avocado and Boursin purée

    ripe avocados

  • 120 g

    Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs

  • Juice of one lime

  • Freshly ground pepper

  • 1

    thick slice of red onion, chopped

  • 4x180 g

    salmon paves with skin


Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Using a food processor or a pestle, reduce 1 1/2 avocado, Boursin Cuisine and lime juice to a smooth purée. Set aside.

Dice the remaining 1/2 avocado and add to purée. Add red onion. Season to taste.

Cook salmon pavés in lightly oiled frying pan for three minutes on each side. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Spread avocado and Boursin purée evenly over the pavés and return to oven for another three minutes. Serve immediately.
